A Career Built Inside the Industry
I have worked across some of the most respected organizations in the music business, including Epic, MCA, Silas Records, and Universal Music Group.
My career began in Artist & Repertoire, where I oversaw production and recording budgets for multi-platinum artists and globally recognized brands. Early on, I became known for delivering complex projects on time and on budget while building strong, trusted relationships across both creative and executive teams.
Later, as Head of Operations for Silas Records and then as a senior executive within Universal Music Group’s Central Operations, I led large-scale operational and financial initiatives—bringing structure, efficiency, and clarity to highly complex environments.

My experience spans both the creative and executive sides of the business. I understand the demands of artistry, the realities of operations, and the importance of making sound decisions in environments where complexity is constant.
While at Universal Music Group, I led a team responsible for implementing operational improvements and automated solutions across multiple divisions—resulting in more than $10 million in annual savings while strengthening collaboration and performance across the organization.
I also co-founded one of the early online music platforms created to empower artists through branding, marketing, distribution, and audience engagement. That experience continues to shape my perspective on innovation, adaptability, and the evolving needs of artists and industry professionals.
